My purpose in beginning Child of Promise Ministries is two-fold.  First I am following God’s directive to me to “Publish His good works.”  But even as I was living these events, I knew God had a destiny that went beyond just gifting us with these beautiful children.

In response to God’s prompting, I began Child of Promise Ministry, to take the message of adoption to the church.  As abortion laws begin to crumble, the church needs to awaken to the call to care for the fatherless.  God is an adoptive Father to all who call Him “Abba”, and He wants to impart His heart for adoption to the church.

CHILD OF PROMISE raises our faith to believe that each child is a gift, and that God wants to be intimately involved in placing these precious ones in loving, Christian homes.   My prayer is that our story will stir hearts to be open and trust God in the area of adoption.  I also believe that God will raise up families with hearts to minister to the birthmothers during this difficult time in their lives.  My speaking engagements are not a presentation of ‘how-to-adopt’; I simply share our story and vision. Child of Promise Ministries is supported by your generous donations and through prayer and oversight by Trinity Mennonite Church in Morton, Illinois.
